High purity fluoropolymer valves and manifolds overcome harsh environments with increased chemical resistance and with products compatible with acids, bases and ultra-pure water. Various valves can eliminate possibility of residual liquids and can prevent formation of microbubbles, effectively avoiding contamination of chemicals.
Series LVQ is a 2 port chemical valve with a non-metallic exterior. A high density PVDF housing offers increased chemical resistance and the special diaphragm construction insures gentle opening and closing preventing the formation of micro-bubbles. The LVQ guide ring eliminates lateral motion of the poppet, which reduces internal leakage.
SMC high purity series LVA valve has three types of body materials (SUS/PPS/PFA) that can be selected based on the customers application. Special diaphragm construction insures gentle opening and closing that prevents the formation of micro-bubbles. A unique guide ring on the piston rod eliminates lateral motion of the poppet, greatly increasing seal life and reducing particle formation.
The LVD series are space saving, compact type, air operated high purity valves, which are designed to overcome the harsh environments often encountered in wet process applications. Its resin fluid path, makes it the perfect choice when working with acids, alkalis and ultra pure water. The LVD valves have PFA body materials and integral fittings (Hyper Fitting series LQ1 and clean series KP).

Series LVP, employs vinyl chloride CPVC for body material. With its 2 ports, piping is possible in four directions. Applicale fluids, deionized water and chemicals
The LVW quick drain valve complies to JIS standard for polyvinyl chloride piping (JIS K 6742). Applicable fluids include deionized water, and various chemicals (see catalog for a complete list). LVW's union connection makes piping easy. The Cv factor is rated at 10 to 198, depending on the body and port size. Series LVW is available with Rc 1/8 or NPT 1/8 pilot port thread.
SMC developed the LVN series chemical needle valve to overcome bubble generation when using light liquids. The LVN valve is manufactured from a lightweight PFA material which is highly compatible with acids, bases and ultra pure water. Normally installed on top of a filter unit, the LVN needle valve can regulate flow rates between 0 to 12 l/min, and when used in conjunction with SMC's LQ2 hyper PFA fittings, outstanding performance is achieved providing minimal leakage, reduced residual fluid, and high flexural strength.
LVH series air operated high purity valves are corrosion resistant against acid, alkali and ultra pure water, making the LVH valve the perfect answer to overcome the harsh environments often encountered in wet process applications. Series LVH is a manually operated valve, available in a threaded or integral fitting type.
The JLV series are space saving, compact, air operated high purity valves, which are designed to overcome the harsh environments often encountered in wet process applications. The special structure reduces the impact when the valve is closed to suppress particle generation. JLV series has PFA body and flare type integral fittings.
