CQ2X Low Speed Actuator
Low friction characteristics are improved with the use of the CQ2X low speed cylinder series. Minimum operating pressure is cut in half, compared to previous series, while achieving stable thrust. All microspeed cylinders have the same dimensions as the standard cylinders.
CM2X-Z Microspeed Cylinder
The CM2X series is a microspeed cylinder designed to minimize operating pressure while achieving stable thrust. The operating pressure is cut in half compared to previous series. All models have the same dimensions as the standard cylinders.
CJ2X-Z Microspeed Actuator
The CJ2X microspeed cylinder series operates smoothly with minimal stick-slip. This series achieves stable low speed operation even at 0.5 mm/s (1mm/s for ø16 or smaller). The average speed is obtained by dividing the stroke by the piston rod movement time. All models have the same dimensions as the standard cylinders.
CQSX Microspeed Cylinder
The CQSX series is a microspeed cylinder that allows low speed transfer of work pieces that cannot tolerate shock. CQSX is capable of smooth starts with minimal lurching even after long periods of no operation. All models have the same dimensions as the standard cylinders.
CRQ Low-Speed Compact Rotary Actuator
The CRQ2 series is a compact rotary, rack and pinion style actuator. Single and double shaft types are available in all sizes (10~40mm). The CRQ2 uses internal cushioning and the body can be used as a flange. The use of a double piston eliminates backlash. CRQ2X low speed rotary actuator is also available. Auto switches are available.
CUX Free Mount Actuator
The CUX series low speed type free mount cylinder saves space and allows direct and precise mounting. It is available in 10mm to 32mm bore sizes with stroke lengths up to 50mm. Specifications include, double acting single rod, non-lube type cylinder, double side rubber bumpers and basic type mounting.
MSQ Low-Speed Rotary Table
The MSQ compact rotary table is ideal for material transfer applications. It incorporates load bearings and a mounting face with a rack-and-pinion style rotary actuator. The seven sizes are 10, 20, 30, 50, 70, 100, and 200 with rotational adjustments from 0-190 degrees, and auto switch capability. Additional features include a hollow shaft and direct load mounting possibility. MSQX low speed rotary table is also available.
