Air Conveyor
With no moving parts, air conveyors (ZH-X226, ZH-X249, ZH-X338) will create vacuum to transfer bulk materials like grain or pellets; they can also be used to remove smoke, debris, and fine particles from the work area. By reversing the air flow, they become air blow off units.
ZH-X226/-X249/-X338, High-flow Blow and Vacuum
The ZH-X226/-X249/-X338 have suction flow rates reaching up to 880 L/min and discharge rates up to 1550 L/min, these units are ideal for heavy-duty tasks like rapid water droplet removal, coolant blow-off, or high-volume adsorption transfer. Their large passage diameter and ability to handle supply pressures up to 0.7 MPa make them adaptable to demanding industrial environments where standard conveyors might bottleneck.
ZH*-X341 Vacuum Flow Air Conveyor Unit
The ZH-X341 multiplies compressed air input, generating a blow air flow rate of four times the supply air and a vacuum flow rate of three times the supply air. Available with a stainless steel body option, it provides enhanced corrosion resistance and durability for harsher environments, while its maintenance-free design ensures long-term reliability for suctioning machining chips, debris, and particulates.

The ZHV can reduce air consumption by up to 70% compared to traditional models, often delivering ROI in less than eight months. Additionally, it features an adjustable nozzle that allows operators to fine-tune the airflow and vacuum pressure by rotating it, providing precise control over the transfer process without needing complex external regulators.
