CVQM, Compact Cylinder with Solenoid Valve, Guide Rod Type

SMC series CVQ offers a compact cylinder and valve integrated for compactness. This series offers space, energy, and labor savings. Reducing the piping between the cylinder and valve offers approximately 50% reduction in air consumption. Choose from side and axial piping. The CVQ series is designed so that the D-M9* series auto switch can be mounted flush with the cylinder profile.

  • Guide rod configuration with improved lateral load resistance
  • Plate non-rotating accuracy ±0.1°
  • Bore size: 32, 40, 50, 63mm
  • Standard stroke range: 5 to 100mm depending on bore size
  • Mounting pitch is interchangeable with CQ2 series
