AC Servo Ball Screw Drive
The AC servo version of the LEFS slider features an AC servo motor instead of a DC version. The AC servo motor enables higher speed and acceleration, as well as improved vertical load capability in the size 40 model. Optional drivers include pulse input and various communication protocols including Ethernet. Encoders range from 17 to 22-bit resolution, depending on motor selection.

The LEFS series is a standard slider-type actuator featuring a ball screw drive and an integrated AC servo motor, providing a balance of high speed and precision. It's designed with a low-profile height and a flexible seal band that protects the internal drive mechanism from foreign matter while allowing the platform to travel. With a maximum workload of up to 60 kg and speeds reaching 1500 mm/s, it's a versatile solution for general automation tasks requiring reliable linear motion.

This motorless version of the LEFS actuator provides the mechanical slider and ball screw drive assembly but allows users to mount their own compatible AC servo motors. It's designed with shaft couplings and mounting patterns that accommodate several major motor manufacturers, including Rockwell, Mitsubishi, Yaskawa, and Omron. This flexibility enables engineers to integrate the actuator into existing control systems while maintaining the LEFS's high acceleration capabilities.
25A-LEFS Electric Actuator, Ball Screw Slider, AC Servo Motor, Secondary Battery
This actuator is designed for secondary battery manufacturing environments, featuring materials that eliminate copper and zinc where possible to prevent contamination. It uses a ball screw drive and an AC servo motor to achieve high-speed operation and high positioning repeatability. It's also equipped with specialized low-dew-point grease, making it functional in low-dewpoint temperatures as low as -70°C.
