2 Port Pilot Operated Solenoid Valve, Ports 1/4 ~ 2 inch
JSXD series is a 2-port pilot operated solenoid valve for general purpose air, water and oil. It has standard stainless-steel coil cover to have superior resistance to both corrosion and water. JSXD series utilizes new coil technology to maximize magnetic efficiency and reduced energy consumption. Internal stopper is utilized to reduce metal noise and longer service life.
JSXD, 2 Port Pilot Operated Solenoid Valve
The JSXD series is engineered for high-volume, bulk fluid control. It uses the pressure of incoming fluid to lift a large internal diaphragm which allows the valve to easily manage massive flow rates without needing a large electrical coil. It’s favored for food and beverage processing because it offers an HF1B food manufacturing compatibility option, satisfies strict hygienic regulations regarding food-grade lubricants, and is designed to withstand high pressure, hot sanitizing water on a daily basis. It is also purchased by companies that design large fluid piping networks, managers in charge of plant-wide utilities, and heavy machinery manufacturers that require bulk fluid inputs. It can manage high flow with low power consumption, reducing plant electricity costs. Its internal resin stopper and cushioned closing profile help prevent water hammer pipe damage and can be configured with an aluminum, bronze, brass, or stainless steel body.
JSXZ, Zero Differential Pressure Type Pilot Operated Solenoid Valve
The JSXZ is a hybrid zero differential valve with its internal diaphragm mechanically linked to its magnetic coil. It can open wide to handle high flow rates even if there is zero fluid pressure in the line. It is purchased by designers of closed loop circulating paths and gravity drain systems where fluid pressure can fluctuate or drop to zero and facility managers with roof tank water storage or industrial drainage loops. The JSXZ is used in industrial heating and cooling loops, gravity fed water purification grids, and agricultural irrigation systems because it can withstand the harsh outdoor conditions that low pressure tank systems are exposed to.
