IBV, Impact Blow Valve

IBV Series maximize cleaning efficiency while dramatically reducing facility air consumption. Unlike traditional continuous-stream blowing, the IBV Series utilizes instantaneous, high-impact bursts of air to effortlessly blast away stubborn chips, liquids, and debris from work surfaces. By leveraging localized peak pressure rather than sustained air volume, IBV delivers an initial impact force up to 3 times stronger. The result is a massive 93% reduction in air consumption and up to a 97% decrease in operation time.

  • Actuation Types: Solenoid Operated and Air Operated
  • Air operated type available with Auto Pulse Function: 1 to 8 Hz
