25A Linear Actuator
Basic linear air cylinders are used to provide straight-line, in/out linear movement for a variety of applications. Available as single acting (spring extend or spring return actuators) and double acting styles with single rod or double rod configurations, non-rotating, and precision non-rotating models.
Actuator body styles include crimped, round, or tie rod. Single acting air cylinders develop thrust in one direction and have spring return mechanism, which lowers air consumption compared with the equivalent size of double acting air cylinders. Using a double acting air cylinder, air pressure may be alternately applied to provide force in both directions.
The 25A- series variations are designed using materals compatible with secondary battery applications and are able to be used in low dew point environments. The variations eliminate copper (Cu) and zinc (Zn) material where possible, making them compatible with secondary battery manufacturing for electronics, automotive, and other vehicle types.

Series CJ2-Z double acting, single rod, stainless steel tube, air cylinders are available in 10 and 16mm bore sizes with stroke lengths from 15mm to 200mm. Available in 7 mounting types for versatility. Optional features include air cushion, port location and magnet for auto-switch capability.
25A-C(D)G1, Roundbody, Double Acting, Single Rod
Series CG1 single rod, double acting air cylinder has 8 bore sizes and can meet any application need. The tube is impact extruded aluminum to produce an extraordinarily smooth finish, allow low break-away pressure and smooth stroke action. Various mounting bracket options are available. Female piston rod threads are available as a standard option. Auto switch capable.

25A-C(D)A2-Z, Tie Rod Standard, Double Acting Single Rod
Series CA2 double acting, single rod version of the light weight tie rod air cylinder. Fine end of stroke cushioning adjustment is now possible due to the increase in the air cushion adjustment range. The CA2 can be ordered with rod end or rear pivot brackets. The CA2 is available in a large variety of options that will make them suitable for many different applications. The CA2 is available in 40, 50, 63, 80 and 100 bores sizes, and is RoHS compliant.
25A-C(D)S2, Tie Rod Standard, Double Acting, Single Rod
Series CS2 double acting, single rod, non-lube air cylinder. Aluminum die-cast is used for both the rod and head covers, which means a maximum weight reduction of approximately 50% (basic 125mm bore, 100mm stroke). This series is available in bore sizes 125mm, 140mm and 160mm with maximum strokes up to 1600mm (depending on the mounting configuration).
25A-M(D)B, Air Cylinder, Standard
The MB single rod, double acting, light weight, medium duty tie rod cylinder. Available bore sizes range from 32mm to 100mm. The standard air cushion utilizes a floating cushion seal to eliminate piston rod bouncing. Also available with a rubber end of stroke cushion instead of air cushion.
25A-CJP2, Pin Cylinder, Standard
Available in four bore size options, series CJP2 includes a tiny, but powerful, 4mm bore size option making it the smallest double acting pin cylinder around. 6, 10 and 16mm bore sizes complete the range, all featuring extruded aluminium bodies, making them not only compact, but extremely light weight. Series CJP2 is auto switch capable and other options include rubber bumper cushions, and made to order models including both heat and cold resistant types. Mounting possibilities include basic/panel, flange, foot, clevis and trunnion options.
25A-C(D)NS, Locking Cylinder, Double Acting, Single Rod
The 25A-CNS series cylinder with lock is ideal for applications requiring intermediate and emergency stop and drop prevention. The compact lock unit saves space and the enclosed construction and separation of the lock mechanism and the unlocking piston chamber minimizes the influences of poor air quality.
