The CQ2 compact cylinder is the world's best selling pneumatic cylinder and is supported globally. The CQ2 is available in 15 bore sizes from 12mm to 200mm. It comes standard with male or female piston rod threads. 42 standard options make it one of the most versatile cylinder series on the market. For mounting flexibility, it is possible to mount auto switches on any of the 4 surfaces.

Power clamp cylinder conforms to the automotive standards. The improved design reduced weight by up to 39% with aluminum body. The rounded cover design and release button with minimal protrusion, reduce weld spatter accumulation. The arm opening angles range from 15° to 135° and can be easily changed by replacing the stopper bolt. Available in 50 and 63 bore sizes

SMC has improved product performance and reliability with the redesigned SY series valve.  The SY3000 and SY5000 have the same valve width as their predecessors, but the flow has been increased by up to 80%, allowing the valve size to be reduced. A built-in strainer in the pilot valve prevents trouble caused by foreign matter. By using H-NBR seal material for the main valve and seals, Ozone resistance has been improved.   Side, top and bottom port/pipe directions are available to allow flexible installation.  The SY is available in body ported or base mounted styles, and can be used individually or manifold mounted.

The VQC series has five standard wiring packages bringing a world of ease to wiring and maintenance work, while the protective enclosures of three of them conform to IP67 standards for protection from dust and moisture. The use of multi-pin connectors to replace wiring inside manifold blocks provides flexibility when adding stations or changing manifold configuration. The VQC series has outstanding response times and long life.

The EX600 serial interface offers a full suite of diagnostics and programmable parameters to meet the most stringent requirements. The EX600 offers excellent flexibility including digital input, digital output and analog input unit options. With the use of D-sub output blocks, a maximum of 9 remote D-sub manifolds can be attached to one EX600 communication module. This serial interface is compatible with series SV1000/2000/3000, VQC1000/2000/4000, S0700 and the new SY series valves. Available protocols include PROFIBUS-DP®, DeviceNet™, CC-Link, Ethernet I/P™ and EtherCAT®.

EX260 series is a compact and cost effective fieldbus solution for output applicable to SMC's most popular directional control valves such as New SY, SV, VQC, and S0700 Series. It can control up to 32 solenoids in one manifold. Available protocols are EtherNet/IP™, PROFINET®, EtherCAT®, PROFIBUS DP®, DeviceNet™ and CC-Link. EX260 series has standard dual port connectivity to eliminate the need of switches or branch connector, reducing wiring and component cost. IP67 enclosure rating ensures protection against dust and washdown environment.

SMC'S new AC-B series of modular type F.R.L. unit is available in six basic sizes and is interchangeable with the existing modular AC line. The AC-B series has a maximum set pressure of 125 psi and offers embedded gauge and pressure switch options not found in the AC-A. The element and bowl on the AF series is now one-piece, making element replacement easier. Required maintenance space has been reduced by as much as 46% on the AFseries, depending on the body size. Bowls on size 30 and up are now covered with a transparent bowl guard, completely protecting them from the enviromnent, and making the interior contents visible from 360 degrees. The base color of the new AC-B is uban white, maintaining a clean, modern look.

Series ASP is a speed controller with an integrated pilot check valve. This combination makes it possible to control cylinder speeds and permits temporary intermediate stops. The ASP is standard with electroless nickel plating on all brass parts and allows 360 degree freedom for tube mounting direction.
