Manifolds
PF3W manifolds configure up to 10 flow paths for water or coolant into a compact array fed by one main supply and return line. These pre-assembled manifolds save considerable space and weight, as well as work hours required to design, procure and assemble a traditional piping network with standard fittings. Flow paths can be equipped with remote or integrated display sensors, temperature sensors, flow adjustment valves and stop valves. 3 orientations are available to suit your application. IO-Link compatible.
PF3WB, Digital Flow Sensor Manifold, IO-Link, Opposed Supply/Return, 0.5-40 Lpm
PF3WB integrates supply and return lines into a single assembly in opposing directions. Supply paths exit the manifold on one side, while the return paths flow into the sensors on the oppsite side. The 1" main supply / return is oriented at 90° to the flow paths, and can flow through or be closed on the opposite end. 3 flow ranges are available, with up to 10 stations on the smaller two ranges, and up to 5 stations on the largest. Flow adjustment and stop valves are optional on both supply and return stations, and will match on every station. Sensor features are identical to the stand-alone PF3W-Z. IO- Link compatibility is also optional. PF3WB is IP65 rated, and CE and RoHS compliant.

PF3WC, Digital Flow Sensor Manifold, IO-Link, Aligned Supply/Return, 0.5-40 Lpm
PF3WC integrates supply and return lines into a single assembly in an aligned direction. Supply and return paths flow through the manifold in parallel, on the same side. Sensors are fitted on the return path. The 1" main supply / return is oriented at 90° to the flow paths and can flow through or be closed on the opposite end. 3 flow ranges are available, on up to 5 stations. Flow adjustment and stop valves are optional on both supply and return stations, and will match on every station. Sensor features are identical to the stand-alone PF3W-Z. IO-Link compatibility is also optional. PF3WC is IP65 rated, and CE and RoHS compliant.

PF3W, Supply Unit Replacement for Manifold
It is possible for a supply unit on a PF3W Digital Flow Sensor Manifold to reach its end of life. This may be due to some accident such as excessive external force, contamination, or electrical malfunction. If this happens, it is possible to replace an individual supply unit for one lline without having to replace the entire manifold. The supply unit may consist of a basic block, a flow adjustment or stop valve, or a combination. Kits also include mounting screws and an O-ring seal.

It is possible for a return unit on a PF3W Digital Flow Sensor Manifold to reach its end of life.
