ZGS, Vacuum Gripper System, Foam Type

The ZGS Vacuum Gripper System (Foam Type) is an ideal solution for automated palletizing and depalletizing applications, particularly for handling corrugated cardboard. All-in-one unit simplifies setup and operation by integrating all the necessary function for adsorption - ejector, supply/release valve, silencer, robot flange and pressure switch - into a single unit. 

  • 2 Foam thickness: 20mm, 30mm
  • Foam Size: 400mm x 240mm, 300 mm x 180 mm, and 200 mm x 120 mm
  • Compatible with Universal Robots, Yaskawa MOTOMAN, OMRON Techman, and FANUC CRX
  • Flexible number of ejector selection is available based on suction flow rate. Max: 1022 L/min
  • Built-in pressure switch
