Series IDFB*E refrigerted air dryers are suitable for use in aftercooled systems with compressors up to ~100 hp (depending on dew point desired).  These durable units have simple control systems and are easily serviced.

The AFF*-D main line filters are designed for modular connectability and to match the aesthetics of the AC-D series of FRL components.  Flow capabilities are improved beyond the legacy AFF series for extended applicability.  These particulate filters are nominally rated at 1 micron as an initial stage of cleanliness in an air purification system.

The AMG series water separator is installed on the air pressure line to remove water drops from compressed air. It is available in 7 sizes with a variety of optional combinations to meet your application requirements.

The AC-D series of modular F.R.L. brings a modern appearance to SMC's line of air preparation equipment while maintaining the high performance of our other series.  The maximum set pressure of the AC-D is 125 psi allowing use in a broad range of applications.  Most of the features of the AC-A and -B have been incorporated into the AC-D - transparent bowl guards for full visibility; embedded gauges and pressure switches; reduced maintenance space and simplified element change on AF-D series filters.

The VHS series provides a convenient means of isolating supplied pressure in a pneumatic system and exhausting downstream pressure for maintenance purposes.  The units can be locked in the exhaust position and can be an integral part of an energy isolation system.  Air flow direction is easily identified by handle orientation and labelling.  

Series VMG has a large effective area of 0.05in² (30mm²), without nozzle. Pressure loss is 0.725psi (0.005MPa) or less when nozzle bore size 2.5mm is used.  Piping direction is optional from the top or bottom.  Available nozzles include: male thread; high efficiency; low noise w/male thread; and extension nozzles.

KQ2 one-touch, metric and inch size fittings are available in a wide variety of sizes, body styles and thread types. The use of a special profile seal allows the KQ2 to be used for a wide range of pressures from a low vacuum up to a pressure of 1MPa.  The KQ2 release collar releases both the chuck and collet to provide a low disconnection force for easy removal of the tubing.

Series KQG2 is a one-touch fitting made of all stainless steel SUS316, except seal parts. The series is suitable for use with steam and is grease-free. Applicable tubing includes FEP, PFA, nylon, soft nylon, polyurethane and polyolefin. The KQG2 series is available in both metric and inch sizes. The KQG2 is more compact and lightweight, and offers more configuration variations and tube sizes than the KQG series.

Compact and lightweight, the KQB2 one-touch fitting uses electroless nickel plated brass components as standard specification. Its maximum operating temperature is 150° C.  KQB2 fittings can be used with fluid, and in environments having a large temperature change.  Configuration variations have been improved to 17 models.  Applicable tube sizes are Ø3.2 to Ø16 and 1/8" to 1/2".  Series KQB2 is available with M, R, Rc, UNF, NPT or G connection threads.

Using SMC speed controls with built in one-touch fittings minimizes installation time, reduces mounting height and enables a more compact machine design. These speed controls allow the body to be rotated to facilitate simple installation. Available in thread sizes from M3 to 1/2 in both inch (NPT) and metric R(PT) and with tube sizes from 3.2mm to 12mm OD (metric) and 1/8 to 1/2 OD (inch) and with optional elbow and universal style (increased flexibility) and meter-in and meter-out, these speed controls are designed to meet most applications.

The AQ series quick exhaust valve offers high flow capacity in a compact and lightweight body. The series is available in lip, diaphragm and an inline body shape with built-in one-touch fittings. The AQ is available in a variety of port sizes.

SMC's series of polyurethane tubing is manufactured from Polyether resin, insuring the longest possible tube life due to its immunity to hydrolysis. Series TIUB inch size tubing is available in 8 "quick ship" colors, in standard stocked lengths of 66ft, 100ft, 500ft, 1000ft and 1640ft.  There are 21 additional standard colors to suit special needs. 

Metric and inch size nylon tubing, series for general air is available as standard in black or white, 20 meter rolls. Additional colors and roll sizes are available upon request.

SMC's PEAPP series of polyethylene tubing is manufactured from linear low density resin for excellent environmental stress crack resistance.  This economical, lightweight material has excellent chemical resistance.  It is available in six primary colors and lengths of 100, 250, 500 and 1,000 ft. depending on size.

JSX series is a 2-port direct operated solenoid valve for general purpose air, water and oil.  It has standard stainless-steel enclosure to have superior resistance to both corrosion and water.  JSX series utilizes new coil technology to maximize magnetic efficiency and reduced energy consumption.  Internal stopper is utilized to reduce metal noise and longer service life.  JSX*U series includes high flow and power savings.  The power is saved by reducing the wattage required to hold the valve which becomes effective after being energized for more than 200 ms.

The VX3 series is a direct operated, 3 port solenoid valve, for use with a wide variety of fluids. It has an enclosure equivalent to IP65 and with its special construction, metal noise is reduced (DC specification). Flow rate ranges from Cv of 0.08 to 0.38.

Dust collector reverse pulse jet valves are the filter cleaning components for baghouses (dust collection systems) for preventing dust explosions by removing particulates from the air.  The JSXFA dust collector valve is engineered with a robust elastomer diaphragm that requires no spring to shift, enhancing its service life to 10 million plus cycles while producing faster response times and energy savings.

Series VXH is a 2 port, pilot operated solenoid valve designed for high pressure control. Applicable fluids include water, air and oil. The VXH is available with 1/4, 3/8 or 1/2 inch port sizes. Maximum operating pressure is 2.0 MPa. Flow rate ranges from 2.0 to 2.3.

Series PA is a double acting, compact, large capacity diaphragm pump suitable for transfer and recovery of a wide variety of fluids. The PA series is available in 3 types; automatically operated, air operated or automatically operated with a built-in pulsation attenuator.

The NCG series is an extremely durable, repairable round body cylinder that provides precision mounting, short overall length, light weight and high speed. Rubber bumpers are standard with an option for adjustable air cushion. Nine mounting styles are available for cylinder mounting flexibility. Bore sizes for the NCG range from 3/4"(20mm) to 2 1/2" (63mm). Standard available stroke lengths from 1" to 12" but with the ability for long strokes. The NCG series is auto-switch capable. The NCG is capable of speeds up to 40 in/sec. The NCG series is available in 11 standard options to help fit into many different applications.

The CRB1 vane style rotary actuator is offered in 7 sizes (10-100mm). Rotation angles of up to 270° is possible for the entire series. The double vane style offered on the 90° and 100° rotation allows twice the torque of the single vane. Bearings are used throughout the series to support thrust and radial loads. In addition, rubber bumpers are used internally (except for size 10) making this series highly reliable. Optional auto switches can be moved anywhere along the circumference to allow mounting in a position that is most appropriate for your specifications.

Series NCM stainless steel cylinder offers space savings, high performance, and interchangeability with other stainless steel cylinders. A wear ring extends the seal life and a bronze rod bushing is standard on all bore sizes. The NCM is available in 4 mounting styles (front nose, double end, rear pivot, and block mount) as well as double rod and spring return or spring extend models. The NCM is auto-switch capable without any change in cylinder dimension. Bore sizes range from 7/16" to 2" and standard strokes from 1/2" to 12".

SMC has improved product performance and reliability with the redesigned SY series valve. The SY3/5/7000 have the same valve width as their predecessors, but the flow has been increased by up to 80%, allowing the valve size to be reduced. A built-in strainer in the pilot valve prevents trouble caused by foreign matter. Improved solenoid and spool design makes the New SY the most durable valve in the market. The valve is rated at 70 million cycles for the rubber seal and 200 million cycles for the metal seal. Side, top and bottom port/pipe directions are available to allow flexible installation. The SY is available in body ported or base mounted styles, and can be used individually or manifold mounted.

The SV series employs a multi-connector instead of the conventional lead wires for internal manifold wiring. By connecting each block with a connector, changes to manifold stations are greatly simplified. Cassette base type manifolds offer the ultimate in flexibility. Manifold sections can be added using a simple release mechanism. Conventional tie-rod base type manifolds are also available. The use of 34 pin connectors allows up to 16 stations with double solenoids.

The VF5120K X528, X544 & X548 4 way 5 port solenoid valve provides directional control for pneumatic cylinders in conveyorized and in bay automatic vehicle wash applications.  Series VF, a five port pilot solenoid valve, offers large flow capacity in a compact size. VQ valves are ideal for applications requiring high speed, frequent operation, stable response time and long service life. Innovative mounting methods allow valves to be changed without entirely disassembling the manifold. Built-in one-touch fittings save piping time and labor.

Series ITV electro-pneumatic and electronic vacuum regulators control air/vacuum pressure steplessly in proportion to an electric signal. They are light weight in design with a bright and easy to read LED display. The monitor output is available either as analog output or switch output. The ITV series is IP65 equivalent.

PF3W is a digital flow sensor that constantly monitors water or coolant flow.  PF3W refreshes the design and operating performance of the legacy PF2W model.  The body is up to 40% smaller in volume, and requires shorter straight piping for improved installation flexibility.  The upgraded 2-screen, 3-color numerical display rotates in both CW and CCW directions, offering improved visibility in a range of orientations.  Two outputs are available, including two switch signals, or a switch and analog signal.  Options include a mounting bracket, flow adjustment valve and temperature sensor to monitor flow and temperature simultaneously.  PF3W is grease-free, IP65 rated, and C-UL-US, CE and RoHS compliant.
