CQ2 Standard Cylinder
IL Booster Relay
Booster relay series IL100 is used when the piping between instrumentation and operational area is long, or when operational area has large capacity. Series IL100 can help accelerate actuation speed considerably.
IP8000 E/P positioner is more compact than the IP6000 with improved visibility of the pressure indicator. Other features include an improved enclosure protection IP65, interchangeable mounting, excellent shock and vibration performance, and a 1/2 split range available by simple span adjustment. The IP200 cylinder positioner provides accurate and stable positioning of air cylinders. The compact design allows easy installation and maintenance. A span adjuster and zero adjuster are provided for the adjustment of the feed back spring.
CS1 Large Bore Cylinder
Series CS1 air cylinder is SMC's largest bore cylinder. This series is available in bore sizes up to 300mm and stroke lengths up to 2400mm. Additionally, the CS1 can be ordered auto-switch capable. Other options include, large bore sizes up to 300mm, various mounting configurations, cushion for noise damping.
AF-X2729 Water Separator
The element-less specification eliminates the need for replacement. Air containing water droplets is rotated to remove them by centrifugal force.
VFN 5 Port Solenoid Valve
This is the standard non-hygienic version of the VFN2000N.
SY 5 Port Solenoid Valve
SMC has improved product performance and reliability with the redesigned SY series valve. The SY3000 and SY5000 have the same valve width as their predecessors, but the flow has been increased by up to 80%, allowing the valve size to be reduced. A built-in strainer in the pilot valve prevents trouble caused by foreign matter. By using H-NBR seal material for the main valve and seals, Ozone resistance has been improved. Side, top and bottom port/pipe directions are available to allow flexible installation. The SY is available in body ported or base mounted styles, and can be used individually or manifold mounted.
VX2 2 Port Valves
The VX2 series is 2 port direct solenoid valve for general purpose air, medium vacuum and water. Available body materials include resin, aluminum, brass or stainless steel with port size up to 1/2 inch. Resin body is offered with one touch fitting to reduce installation time. It is also available as a manifold to reduce piping.

Pneumatic sensors with buttons and a display to set and read values from an operator's position.
VHS Residual Pressure Relief Valve
The VHS series provides a convenient means of isolating supplied pressure in a pneumatic system and exhausting downstream pressure for maintenance purposes. The units can be locked in the exhaust position and can be an integral part of an energy isolation system. Air flow direction is easily identified by handle orientation and labelling.
AR-B Pneumatic Regulator
Air Regulator Series AR-B have been updated to the new urban white base color for a clean modern look. The AR-B series has a maximum set pressure of 125 psi and offers embedded gauge and pressure switch options not found in the AR-A while maintaining panel mounting interchangeability with the previous AR models. The locking adjustment knob prevents accidental setting changes. Options include a mounting bracket and set nuts for panel mounting. The modular design of the AR-B series connects with other SMC air preparation equipment of similar size. The new AR-B is available in six body sizes with piping from 1/8" to 1" in Rc, NPT and G thread.
AMD Micro Mist Separator
The legacy series AMD micro mist separators range from 1/8" to 2" and feature a rugged aluminum housing. These coalescing filters are nominally rated at 0.01 micron for a second stage of oil removal after a particulate filter and a coarser coalescing unit.
AFF Main Line Filter
The AFF70~90 improves upon the performance of the legacy AFF with a 1 μm particulate rating and water removal capabilities. Installation space is reduced by integrating the traditional AFF filtering function with the water removal capabilities of the AMG. Additionally, flow capacities are improved for greater applicability. A lightweight stainless steel bowl assembly improves handling and simplifies service.
IDFB Refrigerated Air Dryer
Series IDFB*E refrigerted air dryers are suitable for use in aftercooled systems with compressors up to ~100 hp (depending on dew point desired). These durable units have simple control systems and are easily serviced.
KQ2 one-touch, metric and inch size fittings are available in a wide variety of sizes, body styles and thread types. The use of a special profile seal allows the KQ2 to be used for a wide range of pressures from a low vacuum up to a pressure of 1MPa. The KQ2 release collar releases both the chuck and collet to provide a low disconnection force for easy removal of the tubing.
Tubing comes in a variety of material types to accommodate for various media through the connectors. Some material types include: polyurethane, fluororesin, polyolefin, spark resistant, water resistant and polyethylene. Varying materials prevent corrosion, damage from high temperatures and hydrolysis.
Tubing is available in sizes of 1/8”, 5/32”, 3/16”, ¼”, 5/16”, 3/8” and ½”. Metric tubing sizes of 3.2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 16 mm are also available.
XT316 Air Shocker
Air shocker is a pneumatic piston type shock generator. Removes plugging due to bridging or adhesion of bulk material inside a hopper or chute.
Dust collector reverse pulse jet valves are the filter cleaning components for baghouses (dust collection systems) for preventing dust explosions by removing particulates from the air. The JSXFA dust collector valve is engineered with a robust elastomer diaphragm that requires no spring to shift, enhancing its service life to 10 million plus cycles while producing faster response times and energy savings.
The JSXFA diaphragm valve will open and close rapidly to create a short, intense blast of air with sonic shock wave to dislodge accumulated dust from bag filters and cartridge filters without disrupting regular operations.
The JSXFA can be actuated by either solenoid or air operated pilot valves, available with enclosures.
IN-777, Flotation Dart Valve Air Servo Cylinder
Air Servo Control cylinder with feedback series IN-777 provides fast response and high precision repeatability. Multi positioining air cylinder that is used for a Dart Valve and Flotation Cell.
