The CQ2 compact cylinder is the world's best selling pneumatic cylinder and is supported globally. The CQ2 is available in 15 bore sizes from 12mm to 200mm. It comes standard with male or female piston rod threads. 42 standard options make it one of the most versatile cylinder series on the market. For mounting flexibility, it is possible to mount auto switches on any of the 4 surfaces.

Series CG1-Z precision air cylinder has 8 bore sizes and can meet any application need. The tube is impact extruded aluminum to produce an extraordinarily smooth finish, allow low break-away pressure and smooth stroke action. Various mounting bracket options are available. Female piston rod threads are available as a standard option. Auto switch capable.

SMC's series CA2 is a light weight tie rod air cylinder.  Fine end of stroke cushioning adjustment is now possible due to the increase in the air cushion adjustment range.  The CA2 can be ordered with rod end or rear pivot brackets.  The CA2 is available in a large variety of options that will make them suitable for many different applications.  A variety of auto switches are available for mounting, including compact switches and magnetic field resistant switches.  The CA2 is available in 40, 50, 63, 80 and 100 bores sizes, and is RoHS compliant.

Series MGP is designed for high side load applications found in material handling, lifting and stopping. The cylinder utilizes an ultra-compact design by incorporating the cylinder body as part of the guide body. As the stroke length increases, so does the bearing length, thus enhancing the cylinder's load bearing capacity. Order made options for this series include adjustable air cushions, heavy duty guide rods, copper free, high temperature, and low speed.

The MXQ is the newest generation of precision slide tables integrated with hardened stainless steel guides and rails to isolate the load bearing from the movement of the dual rods and piston seals. The MXS is a precision slide table integrated with guides and rails combined with cross roller bearings to isolate the load bearing from the movement of the dual rods and piston seals.

Gripper series MHZ2 has an integrated linear guide for high rigidity, positioned with two dowel pins to prevent guide slippage. It has mounitng versatility on three sides, in five configurations. Available in single acting (N.O., N.C.) and double acting.

SMC has improved product performance and reliability with the redesigned SY series valve.  The SY3000 and SY5000 have the same valve width as their predecessors, but the flow has been increased by up to 80%, allowing the valve size to be reduced. A built-in strainer in the pilot valve prevents trouble caused by foreign matter. By using H-NBR seal material for the main valve and seals, Ozone resistance has been improved.   Side, top and bottom port/pipe directions are available to allow flexible installation.  The SY is available in body ported or base mounted styles, and can be used individually or manifold mounted.

JSY series is a 5-port directional control valve ideal for the robotic arms and end of arm tools.  It has compact and lightweight design while improving its flow characteristics.  JSY series is available as plug-in and non plug-in types.  There are 3 valve body sizes available for JSY series, JSY1000 (6.4mm), JSY3000 (10mm) and JSY5000 (15mm).  JSY1000 is the world's smallest width 5 port valve with body width of 6.4mm.  JSY plug-in type is compatible with fieldbus and ethernet communication module such as EX600 and EX260.

The AC-D series of modular F.R.L. brings a modern appearance to SMC's line of air preparation equipment while maintaining the high performance of our other series.  The maximum set pressure of the AC-D is 125 psi allowing use in a broad range of applications.  Features of the AC-D include; transparent bowl guards for full visibility; embedded gauges and pressure switches; reduced maintenance space and simplified element change on AF-D series filters. 

The AF-D series of modular air filters brings a modern appearance to SMC's line of filters while maintaining the high performance of our other series.  These 5 μm units can serve as appropriate filtration for many applications or as a pre-filter for fine filtration/coalescing units.  The transparent bowl guard on the size 30 and larger provides improved environmental protection as well as full view of the bowl contents.

The AR-D series of modular air regulators brings a modern appearance to SMC's line of regulators while maintaining the high performance of our other series.  Its 125 psi maximum set pressure and range of standard features make it ideal for most applications.  The new handle design make these units easier to adjust than previous models.  The AR-D is currently available in three body sizes with more to come in the near future.

The AW-D series of modular filter-regulators brings a modern appearance to SMC's line of filters while maintaining the high performance of our other series.  This combination of functions is ideal for installations with limited space to accommodate air preparation.  Its 125 psi maximum set pressure and range of standard features make it ideal for most applications.  The transparent bowl guard on the size 30 and larger provides improved environmental protection as well as full view of the bowl contents. 

IDFB series refrigerated air dryers are cUL listed for use in North America.  These 60 Hz models have rated flows up to 459 SCFM (780 m³/hr [ANR]).

Membrane air dryer series IDG is available in a single unit or combination unit style. IDG/M models combine a mist separator and micro mist separator with a single unit. IDG/V models combine a regulator with the IDG/M model. Options available include one-touch fitting exhaust of purge air. If purged air is not exhausted around membrane air dryer, air is exhausted with tubing away from its dryer.

The AS speed controller variants with push lock allow for easy locking of the flow rate setting without a tool.

The use of a special profile seal allows the KQ2 to be used for a wide range of pressures from a low vacuum up to a pressure of 1MPa.  The KQ2 release collar releases both the chuck and collet to provide a low disconnection force for easy removal of the tubing.

SMC's series of polyurethane tubing is manufactured from Polyether resin, insuring the longest possible tube life due to its immunity to hydrolysis. Series TIUB inch size tubing is available in 8 "quick ship" colors, in standard stocked lengths of 66ft, 100ft, 500ft, 1000ft and 1640ft.  There are 21 additional standard colors to suit special needs. 

Metric and inch size nylon tubing, series for general air is available as standard in black or white, 20 meter rolls. Additional colors and roll sizes are available upon request.

The Air Management System automatically regulates and isolates the compressed air provided to a machine to improve efficiencies during periods of inactivity.  The unit generates pressure, flow, and temperature data to characterize normal operating conditions and identify trends to both compare with similar machines and enable preventative action to maintain optimal system performance.  The unit does not require reprogramming of the user's PLC to operate, making integration both simple and cost effective.  The high-resolution data is accessed by the PLC via fieldbus and SCADA packages via OPC UA.  Using OPC UA and wireless systems, the Air Management System can be added without connector to the PLC or changes to PLC programming.

EX260 series is a compact and cost effective fieldbus solution for output applicable to SMC's most popular directional control valves such as New SY, SV, VQC, and S0700 Series. It can control up to 32 solenoids in one manifold. Available protocols are EtherNet/IP™, Profinet®, EtherCAT®, PROFIBUS DP®, DeviceNet™ and CC-Link. EX260 series has standard dual port connectivity to eliminate the need of switches or branch connector, reducing wiring and component cost. IP67 enclosure rating ensures protection against dust and washdown environment.

The EX600 serial interface offers a full suite of diagnostics and programmable parameters to meet the most stringent requirements. The EX600 offers excellent flexibility including digital input, digital output and analog input unit options. With the use of D-sub output blocks, a maximum of 9 remote D-sub manifolds can be attached to one EX600 communication module. This serial interface is compatible with series SV1000/2000/3000, VQC1000/2000/4000, S0700 and the new SY series valves. Available protocols include PROFIBUS-DP®, DeviceNet™, CC-Link, Ethernet I/P™ and EtherCAT®, PROFINET, POWELINK and CC-Link IE Field™

ISE20B-L is a digital pressure sensor supporting the IO-Link communication protocol.  When paired with an IO-Link master, measured values, and settings can be accessed from the HMI screen of a PLC.  ISE20B-L incorporates IO-Link 16-bit process data includes 2 output bits for set points, a diagnosis bit, and 13 bits for the measured pressure valve.   The 3-screen, 3-color display shows the instantaneous reading in red or green, and the setting label and its numerical value in orange.  ISE20B-L is UL/CSA, CE and RoHS compliant, with an IP65 enclosure rating.

The ZK2*A series is an energy-saving generator with 93% reduced air consumption.  It has a 50% increase in suction flow compared to other single stage SMC generators.  The ZK2*A also has various mounting options to choose from.

The ZP series suction cups are available in diameters from 2 to 125mm, 6-cup materials, and 4-cup designs (flat, flat with ribs, deep and bellows), to suit multiple applications. Vertical vacuum entry connections can be made via one-touch fittings or threaded connections. Optional buffers can be ordered with up to 50mm stroke.  SMC's ZP2 series vacuum pads are available in diameters from 2 to 340mm, and offer a variety of pad materials and designs. The ZP2 series was designed to standardize special products designed for the ZP series.  Pad types include: miniature cups, compact cups, nozzle cups, multi-bellows cups, sponge cups, mark-free cups, oval cup variations, and heavy-duty cup variations.  Optional buffers can be ordered with up to 100mm stroke.  The ZP3 line of suction cups has a compact pad and the buffer body has been shortened by as much as 2.2" when compared to the ZP series.  The optional buffer can be ordered with up to 20mm stroke.

JSX series is a 2-port direct operated solenoid valve for general purpose air, water and oil.  It has standard stainless-steel enclosure to have superior resistance to both corrosion and water.  JSX series utilizes new coil technology to maximize magnetic efficiency and reduced energy consumption.  Internal stopper is utilized to reduce metal noise and longer service life.  JSX*U series includes high flow and power savings.  The power is saved by reducing the wattage required to hold the valve which becomes effective after being energized for more than 200 ms.

HRS, HRS-R, HRSE compact recirculating chillers are designed to meet the widest range of single-point applications in both industrial and technology settings. The package design is robust enough for the factory, yet ergonomic and compact for lab installations. Coolant can be either heated or cooled within the set temperature range. Choose from eight cooling capacities, air or water cooled refrigerant, and global power supply options.
