Vérins de guidage compacts
Compact guide cylinders incorporate compact cylinders with linear guides. These are ideal for guided cylinder applications where saving space and energy is a concern. Guided cylinders utilize guide rods mounted parallel to the piston rod to provide stable, non-rotating, high side load performance.
The 25A- series variations are designed using material compatible with secondary battery applications and are able to be used in low dew point environments. The variations eliminate copper (Cu) and zinc (Zn) material where possible, making them compatible with secondary battery manufacturing for electronics, automotive, and other vehicle types.
25A-MGP, Cylindre de guide compact
The MGP is a compact body actuator integrated with internal guide shafts to isolate the load bearing from the movement of the actuator's rod and seals. The carbon steel alloy slide bearing (Type M) provides lateral stability protecting it from side load impacts, suitable for stopping applications. The high precision ball bushing (Type L) allows for smooth operation that ensures stable travel resistance, suitable for pushing and lifting applications.
The 25A-MGP series is designed using materials compatible with secondary battery applications and are able to be used in low dew point environments. These variations eliminate copper (Cu) and zinc (Zn) materials where possible, making them compatible with secondary battery manufacturing for electronics, automotive, and other vehicle types.

25A-MGP, Cylindre de guide compact avec coussin d’air
The MGP-AZ is a compact body actuator integrated with internal guide shafts to isolate the load bearing from the movement of the actuator's rod and seals. The air cushions allow the guided cylinder to absorb nearly three times as much kinetic energy as standard rubber bumpers while suppressing noise and vibration at the stroke end. The carbon steel alloy slide beaing (Type M) provides lateral stability protecting it from side load impacts, suitable for stopping applications. The high precision ball bushing (Type L) allows for smooth operation that ensures stable travel resistance, suitable for pushing and lifting applications.
