Manifold Controller
The JXD1-M is a 24VDC controller system consisting of a fieldbus gateway, up to eight 1- or 2-axis drivers, and a terminal unit arranged in a manifold configuration. Up to 16 LE2 electric actuator axes can be connected. The system is shorter and narrower, yielding significant space savings compared to a similar number of JXC axes. JXCD1-M is offers fanless cooling for lower maintenance. Gateway units are equipped with your choice of fieldbus protocol. All connections for setting, actuators and power are on the front of the system for easy access. Connect a PC to the gateway unit for setting step data and parameters using a USB-C cable. The system recognizes and displays the part number of a connected actuator, eliminating the need to specify the actuator when ordering.
JXD1-MGW Gateway for Manifold Controller
The JXD1-MGW gateway coordinates functions between the PLC and the drivers for LE2 actuators. It is one of three required components of the manifold controller system, together with 1 or more drivers and a termination unit. The gateway features separate connections for control and motor power supply as well as the fieldbus. Connect a PC to the gateway unit for setting step data and parameters using a USB-C cable. The left direct or DIN rail bracket mounts to the rear. Note that the part number can include the termination unit, or it can be ordered separately. The unit will include both power supply plugs.

JXD1-MDP Driver for Manifold Controller
The JXD1-MDP driver connects LE2 actuators to the manifold controller system. The drivers reside between a gateway and termination unit to complete the system. Each driver can host one or two actuator axes. Up to 8 drivers can be connected in a manifold, controlling up to 16 axes. Operation and feedback signals between the PLC and actuator motor are carried across this connection. The motor power supply connector, which is included, can be wired to include a motor stop switch and a lock force release switch when the actuator is equipped with a lock. The driver housing also includes the connectors between additional drivers, the gateway and termination units.

JXD1-MTR Termination Unit for Manifold Controller
The JXD1-MTR termination unit closes the manifold controller system after assembling 1 or more drivers to the gateway. Only one connection is made by mating this unit to the last driver in the manifold. The right direct or DIN rail mounting bracket assembles to the rear. It is optional to order this unit separately, but it can also be included within the gateway unit part number.
