FRL modulaire
SMC's air preparation (FRL) products offer a wide variety of filter, regulator, and lubricator units. Combination units include air filter regulator, air filter regulator mist separator, as well as ambient dryers, booster regulators, precision regulators, mist separators, and a wide range of accessories.
Pressure regulators from SMC have been updated to the new urban white base color for a clean modern look. The pressure drop across the regulator has been reduced to create a more efficient unit with a maximum set pressure of 100 psi. The locking adjustment knob prevents accidental setting changes. Options include a mounting bracket, and set nuts for panel mounting as well as pressure gauges.
The 25A- series variations are designed using material compatible with secondary battery applications and are able to be used in low dew point environments. The variations eliminate copper (Cu) and zinc (Zn) material where possible, making them compatible with secondary battery manufacturing for electronics, automotive, and other vehicle types.
25A-AR-B, Régulateur
Cost effective and clean looking, series 25A-AR regulators offer various pressure range settings to accommodate most applications. The locking adjustment knob prevents accidental setting changes. The modular design of the 25A-AR series connects with other SMC air preparation equipment.

25A-AR-D, Regulator
The AR-D series of modular air regulators brings a modern appearance to SMC's line of regulators while maintaining the high performance of our other series. Its 125 psi maximum set pressure and range of standard features make it ideal for most applications. The new handle design make these units easier to adjust than previous models.
The 25A-AR-D series is designed using material compatible with secondary battery applications and are able to be used in low dew point environments. These variations eliminate copper (Cu) and zinc (Zn) material where possible, making them compatible with secondary battery manufacturing for electronics, automotive, and other vehicle type.

25A-AW-B Regulator, Filter Regulator
Cette combinaison filtre/régulateur minimise l'encombrement et les raccordement en intégrant deux unités en une. Les caractéristiques standards incluent un régulateur de la purge qui peut être verrouillé rapidement en abaissant la manette de réglage. Elle offre de nombreuses options, entre autres : des manomètres, la purge automatique, une cuve en métal, différentes pression de réglage, etc. Le AW-B appartient à la famille des unités de traitement de l'air modulaires et peut être combiné avec des produits de taille similaire. Cette série est disponible dans 3 tailles de corps et avec des raccords allant de 1/8 à 3/4 en pouces (NPT) et en mm Rc (PT). Les unités à filtre et régulateur intégrés permettent de réduire l'encombrement et exigent moins de raccords. La fonction clapet de purge incorpore un mécanisme pour l'évacuation rapide et sûre de la pression de l'air côté sortie.- Modular type filter regulator.

25A-AW-D Regulator, Filter Regulator
The AW-D series of modular filter-regulators brings a modern appearance to SMC's line of filters while maintaining the high performance of our other series. This combination of functions is ideal for installations with limited space to accommodate air preparation. Its 125 psi maximum set pressure and range of standard features make it ideal for most applications. The transparent bowl guard on the size 30 and larger provides improved environmental protection as well as full view of the bowl contents. The AW-D is currently available in threee body sizes with more to come in the near future.

25A-IR1000/2000/3000-A, Precision Regulator
Series IR Precision Regulators are designed to be compact and light weight. The maximum set pressure has been expanded from the conventional 0.7MPa to 0.8MPa. Relief flow has been increased by nearly 5 times (compared to SMC IR201, IR401). The optional bracket and pressure gauge can be mounted on either the front or back of the unit.

AV2000 / 3000/4000/5000-A Soft Start Valve
Series 25A-AV-A soft start-up valves allow the user to set the initial rate of system pressurization to minimize system shock. The 25A specifies that this product is compatible with secondary battery. When deactivated, the valve quickly exhausts the system for safe servicing of equipment.
